You receive a detailed brief on each candidate — not just a CV. Our assessment includes strengths, considerations, and our honest recommendation.
We coordinate every interview, manage scheduling, and debrief both sides. You're never left chasing candidates or waiting for feedback.
Once someone starts, we stay involved. We check in with both you and the candidate to make sure the transition sticks.
We provide ongoing Human Resources support to your business at no cost to you and work alongside you to assist in any HR issues and potential recruitment needs. Somewhere to turn to for HR answers and directions. We become your HR team — or an extension of your team.
Every placement comes with a full 3-month guarantee. If the person we place doesn't work out for any reason within that window, we find a replacement at no additional cost.
Beyond the guarantee, you have access to LEC's HR expertise for 12 months after every placement — for questions, support, or anything that comes up as your new hire settles in.
