About the Role
Our client, a well-established world leader in the Agricultural sector, is seeking a full-time Production Operator / Pelletor / Forklift Driver. This is a great opportunity for someone who lives within a reasonable distance of the Bayside / South Eastern suburbs and is looking for a stable, local-based role.

Key Duties
- Operate and monitor mixing, pelleting, and film coating equipment to meet production requirements
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials, ingredients, and finished products
- Safely operate forklifts for loading/unloading and maintain accurate stock records
- Monitor product quality (pellet size, coating process) and make adjustments when required
- Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and logistics teams
- Proactively contribute to site safety by following procedures and reporting hazards
- Perform repetitive production tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
Skills & Attributes
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehousing (preferred)
- Forklift licence and safe operating experience (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement
- Physically fit — role involves heavy lifting and manual handling
- 100% reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Clean driver's licence required
The successful candidate will be subject to a Police Check, medical, and drug/alcohol test.
