Responsibilities:
- Cold calling businesses to maximise sales opportunities and generate business leads
- Warm calling existing clients to upsell and cross sell
- Building and maintaining rapport with existing clients
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Arranging quotations
- Meet and exceed sales budgets and KPI’s
About you:
- Previous experience in internal sales, B2B and customer service
- Confident in cold and warm calling and generating sales leads
- Sales driven with ability to meet sales budgets/KPI’s
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate with an attention to detail
- Well organised and ability to prioritise work load
- High level of Microsoft Office skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team setting
- ‘Can do’ approach
- Reliable and punctual
- Driver’s licence and car
Salary: $32 per hour (depending on experience) PLUS super PLUS commission.
Hours: 8.30am – 4.00pm (some flexibility across 4 days)
