This is a ‘hands on’ environment that requires a dedicated person who has a ‘can do’ flexible attitude, a strong customer service focus, data entry and general Administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all processes are adhered to, maintained and recommendations for improvement provided to assist with continuous improvement of business practices
- Provide a high level of Customer Service where required including order entry, customer enquiries, sample requests, and quotes
- Notify customers of orders ready for collection
- General Administration duties
- Assist in the delivery of mail to the post office when required
- Ensure all details entered into the system are accurate and updated as required to ensure data integrity.
- Provide sales data for the completion of reports
- Contribute to the maintenance of the Company website and online social platforms
- Assist in incoming calls by answering all calls in a timely manner and direct as necessary.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Create promotional material and submit to the market when required, including but not limited to, flyers, brochures, or specials
- Maintain Customer Profile Pricing and Advanced pricing in system
- Complete Customer RA Forms when required and review the RA Log and provide a summary of findings
- Other duties as required by the Executive Assistant
Experience/Skills required:
- Administration/Data Entry/Invoicing/Customer Service experience or willing to be trained
- Confident in dealing with customers and Customer Service focused
- Excellent data entry skills
- Highly organised
- Ability to multitask and co-ordinate workloads
- Advanced communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional phone manner
- Able to work in a small team and independently
- Positive, ‘can do’ attitude and flexible approach
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office software i.e. Excel/Word
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid work ethic
- Well presented
- Punctual and reliable
- Driver’s licence and car
Hours /Days : Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Hourly Rate: $30 + super (depending on experience)
